Built to precise tolerance by a special hammer forging process, these barrels are the best you can buy! The hammer forging forms the barrel around a precision mandrel and holds the tolerance to .0001". This is much better than the typical broached barrels found elsewhere. Compare the Roto-4M barrels for roundness against a standard broached barrel from a well known manufacturer. All Roto-4M barrels are made in the U.S.A. Brand new extra length barrels for all Colt/1911/Government Model type automatic pistols. These barrels are made by the Special Roto-4M hammer forge process which produces the most precise and consistent barrels for the best accuracy. Minor hand fitting may be necessary for some guns.

Fitted a surplus National Match Bushing to this barrel using NRA Handbook & AMU standards for Bullseye pistols without fitting barrel lug or hood. Used a #13 link. Pistol shot average 1-1/2" ctc group @ 50yds from a Ransom Rest using 230gr TC "ball" load. As a note; the barrel is of 2 piece design. Discovered this when polishing the barrel ramp and reducing the barrel diameter for fitting. Received this same barrel in a SARCO Upper Receiver Kit. From all indications, this barrel will "drop-in" a GI Slide with a standard bushing with minimal work. Outside is finished in a "Parkerized" finish. Bore is very smooth.
So far, my friends are elated over the accuracy, quality & price of this barrel that I've put into their pistols. As of this time, this is a "sleeper" of a deal from SARCO at this price!
