My order was declined. What would cause this?
There are several reasons why a credit card is declined. Most often it is because of a simple error such as incorrectly typing information, or not ensuring the "Billing Address" is the same address your credit institution has on file. If you make a correction or simply another attempt, sometimes a browser session will not refresh correctly, or the cached items will cause an issue. Please try clearing the cache and cookies from your browser before your next attempt to resolve the issue, or change browsers completely. If the card still declines, you will need to contact your financial institution to determine if they are blocking the charge.

How are products shipped?
Products are shipped in the most efficient way possible to help save you money. Generally orders whose subtotal is less than one hundred dollars are shipped US Postal Service. In some occasions, depending on the order, UPS will be used. Orders of one hundred dollars or more as well as heavy and bulky items are shipped UPS.

Can I make changes to my order once Sarco receives it?
Generally, we are only able to make changes to an order the same day we receive it (status: Order Received). It is very unlikely we will be able to change anything once it is sent to the warehouse (status: Order In Warehouse).
