Emblem of the armed forces under Francisco Franco and brandished on all sorts of implements of war, but most notably on the M42, M21 & M26 Helmets worn by soldiers of Spain until the end of Franco’s tutelage. This brass emblem is an historical icon surrounded by love & hate, but notably of an iron fisted ruler who played his own ‘game of thrones & politics’ in order to reestablish the monarchy after his regency.
