If you are having troubles updating products or editing your cart, feel free to Contact Us for assistance.

To purchase a product:
  • First you must utilize the "Add to Cart" or "Buy now" buttons to place an item in the shopping basket.
  • After a product is added to the shopping basket, you can click the "View or Edit Cart" links to update quantities or remove products from the basket
  • Once you have the products and quantities finalized, you can click the "Checkout" link
  • Next, complete the required Billing, Shipping and Payment information.
  • Finally, select the Order Complete option to complete the transaction.
Once the order has been processed a confirmation email will be sent and the product(s) shipped to the designated address.

PLEASE NOTE: Only Press the Complete Order button ONCE. Pressing it more then once will result in duplicate purchases.

A note on Declined Credit Cards:

What to do if your order declined but your statement is showing a charge.
This is your credit card company's bank that is holding your attempted order as "pending". Some banks do this, others do not. You were not charged. But your order also won't go through our system until you enter the correct information for your credit card. This could be as simple as correcting the expiration date or correcting the billing address you entered. Holds on declined credit cards get removed after 5 days automatically. If you have any questions as to why your card was declined, you will have to contact your credit card company.
