LSA Lubricant

Price: $14.95
Currently Available
Item Number: OIL006

For 5 decades LSA has proven itself to be a first class firearms lubricant and it is still used for the ‘Big Guns’ in our land an naval forces. It is a semi-fluid lubricant providing oxidation and corrosion resistance. Originally made for the M16, it was supplemented in small arms use back in the 80’s by CLP which is an excellent product too however when it comes to longevity of protection, our feeling from firing line experience is that LSA lasts longer on the surface of the parts and does not dissipate as quickly. Both products have a similar flash point, but the viscosity is different. LSA is strongly suited to one coating for a prolonged fire fight over several days where as other newer lubricants need to be reapplied regularly to get the most out of them. LSA is a great choice for M6o, 1919A4, & M2 machine guns where friction is more severe. Whether you’re shooting the AR15, Model 1911, or the MK46 mod O, LSA still performs spectacularly well and is a fraction of the cost of CLP! Stock up while we still have some remaining!

Great Lube
Stanley Richardson (Indiana) 9/16/2015 6:49 PM
Great for all firearms. This is still used by the Military on the MK 19 FA Grenade launcher, only LSA, LSAT, and GMD are the only authorized lubes for the MK 19. As a Gunsmith, and former Weapons Repair Specialist for the Dept. of Defense, I personally recommend this product.

Great for Old Firearms!
Bo Dargan (Snohomish, WA) 11/24/2014 4:21 AM
I shoot many different "Historic" Firearms from the WWI / WWII Eras. In my experience, most of those old warhorses like a good coat of lubricant on the moving parts. Oil tends to migrate away from the parts, and Grease attracts dirt and congeals in cold conditions. LSA is the answer I was looking for: Semi-Fluid Lubricant. It Sticks like Grease yet flows smoothly like oil. My Guns run smoother, cleaner and faster! So far I've barely put a dent into my 1st quart (a little goes a long way) but I sure am a happy camper! Sarco's price is very fair and I plan on buying many more in the future!

Mix with Mobil1 for GREAT oil
Earl Renner (Grand Prairie, TX) 12/4/2013 8:25 AM
I mix 9ozs of Mobil1 75w90 full synthetic gear lube with 7ozs of LSA semifluid. It flows down to -5 deg.F and gives fantastic high temp film strength and lubricity. For gun rails I mix 9ozs Molil1 full synthetic grease (The red stuff) with 6ozs of LSA. Makes a fantastic light grease thar moves through a syringe well.
