.45 1911 Military Style Slide

I was a little leary about ordering this for my 1911 but I did some research on it and decided to pull the trigger. Got it and it is in perfect shape, no scratches or marks of any kind. the fit was perfect! was very suprised to say the least. didn't have to tweek a thing. the bushing I ordered with it was a perfect fit. right at specs for clearence.Near match grade quality. at the standard price. Very happy I got this slide. would recomend to everyone. Thanks very much. Derek

VERY pleased. Appears to be a cosmetically blemished slide from one of the HIGH quality major manufacturers. Absolutely excellent fit on my Foster Industries (Caspian blemished) frame. Internal cuts were precision, exact, VERY tight and free of tool marks. Parkerizing was clean, even and a perfect match to my frame. Sights are WWI thin front half-moon and very low rear sight BUT the rear sight notch is much wider so very easy aquisition. A build of this quality from a precision slide in the white with sights and finish would have cost me atleast $270+.

Great value. Parkerizing was uniform over entire slide. Edges are sharpe and crisp. Excellent for buildig up a "retro GI 1911",from an old junker.Totally pleased - Thanks, and good luck on your hurricane cleanup!

This slide is very well-made. The machine work is smooth, and all edges and corners are crisp (and the parkerizing is excellent as well), for a superb appearance. It was a perfect fit on my M1911.
